Being late first thing in the day, and not having some special time just for myself really ruins my day.

I love being relaxed and in a good mood, that’s why I always practice what I preach, so today I want to share my amazing morning rituals with you.
First of all, you have to wake up at least 30 minutes earlier (than usual) to find time for all of these steps.
STEP 1: SHOWER WITH ORGANIC COFFEE SCRUB.
Shower will wake you up, and organic coffee scrub will help you reduce cellulite appearance in a long term.
STEP 2: AFTER SHOWER, USE A DRY BRUSH to exfoliate and stimulate blood flow, which also helps with cellulite. Brush in a circular motion on any problem areas, or all over your body to reap the full benefits of dry brushing.
STEP 3: READ AFFIRMATIONS
Write down the things that you want to have in your life in a present tense, as you already have them, or as they are happening to you right now. Also be very specific of what you wish. And voila! Those are your affirmations now.
STEP 4: CHECK 5 MOST IMPORTANT TASKS FOR THE DAY
I love my productivity planner, it follows the pomodoro technique (it is a time management method based on 25-minute stretches of focused work, broken 5 minute breaks), and it makes you come up with 5 most productive tasks for the day every day. LOVE IT! I plan my day the night before, in the morning I only recap on my tasks.
STEP 5: 5 RITES

But to make it short it’s 5 yoga poses, which you need to practice daily.
