Q: What exercises can strengthen my pelvic floor?

A: Pelvic floor exercises, also known as Kegels, are effective in strengthening pelvic muscles. To perform a Kegel, tighten your pelvic muscles as if you're trying to stop the flow of urine, hold for a few seconds, and then release. Pilates and specific core exercises can also target pelvic floor strength by engaging the deep abdominal and pelvic muscles.

Quick Tip: Practice pelvic floor exercises daily to improve bladder control and support pelvic health.

For personalized pelvic floor strengthening exercises and guidance, we're here to help you improve bladder control and overall pelvic health.
