Zen Sunday: Goddess Glow

This yinyasa flow is a radiant women-only practice designed to awaken your inner goddess through intentional movement, breath, and soulful connection. This empowering flow blends strength, breath, and stillness to honor the divine feminine. Suitable for all levels, this class will take you through a half hour vinyasa flow to warm the fire within and then transition into 30 minutes of yin yoga to let the fierce magic bloom. You'll leave feeling refreshed and glowing from the inside out! Class is led by Megan Leduc of SOULful Yoga.
