As the year winds down, this masterclass invites you to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with why you started.Because the truth is — lasting progress doesn’t come from discipline alone. It comes from awareness, compassion, and a deep connection to your own why.
This session builds on November’s talk about mindful eating and awareness. We’ll revisit the habits you kept, the ones that slipped, and the stories you’ve been telling yourself around food, body, and self-worth. The goal isn’t judgment — it’s understanding.
You’ll learn how reflection and intention work together: reflection helps you see your patterns, while intention helps you shape your next steps.
Through guided prompts, we’ll pause and check in:
