In this masterclass, Coach Lauren will help you press pause and reconnect with your food, your body, and your gratitude.
You’ll explore how mindful eating - paying full attention to the experience of eating, both inside and outside the body pairs perfectly with gratitude, the conscious appreciation of life’s everyday gifts. Together, these practices can completely shift your relationship with food, your body, and your overall sense of well-being.
