Energetic Recovery is a yoga-based practice designed to support your body, mind, and spirit through intentional movement, mindful breathing, and restorative flow.
Led by Yoga & Energy Coach AJ McDaniels, this class creates space to release tension, quiet the mind, improve mobility, and reconnect with yourself—all while giving your body the recovery it needs.
No yoga experience is necessary. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
