The evening begins at StrongSelves Studio, where Blaze will teach everyone a few fun, easy dance moves to get the energy flowing and help everyone feel comfortable. No dance experience is needed—just come ready to smile, move, and have fun.

Once we're warmed up, we'll head together to the 44th Avenue beach entrance, where everyone will connect through our headphone experience. As the music plays, we'll dance, walk, laugh, and celebrate the freedom of moving without worrying about who's watching.

This isn't about perfect dance moves.
