Do I have to be fit already?
No. This program is designed to meet you where you are.
Will I work directly with a coach?
Yes - during your mini-retreat you'll receive hands-on support and guidance. During the 4 weeks after - in a group chat where you can ask questions anytime.
What if I can’t make my retreat date?
We’ll move you to the next available group if space allows.
Is this safe for joint issues or pelvic floor concerns?
Yes - all movement is designed to be joint-friendly and pelvic-floor-supportive.
Do I need equipment?
Minimal equipment - we’ll tell you exactly what you need. The program was designed for at-home workouts or can be easily done at your local gym.
