Q: What exercises are safe during pregnancy?

A: Low-impact exercises like walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga are generally safe. But if you have been working out prior to pregnancy it is also safe to continue the workouts, even weight lifting, at the level your body feels comfortable with. Always consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice.

Quick Tip: Practice pelvic floor exercises daily to support core strength and stability during pregnancy and post- partum.

Expecting and unsure about exercise? We provide safe prenatal workout and mindset guidance to get your body and mind ready for the next chapter of your life.
